#1913-Addons Messages credits are not working till

you have menitoned the issue is fixed , but still its not fixed , even today we faced issue , check and fix it

i have a plan for 200k per month credit , one user bought 300k addon , today morning 200k is done , but it is showing 500k ( balance 300k is there ), but can't send message or receive message , it took me to find this issue nearly 40 minutes, check it and fix it , before making a feature to live check it is working properly or not

note : the addon is added manually to the user
