#2668-Platform Performance Issue – Slow Loading

The platform is loading very slowly. It takes approximately 40–50 seconds to open a single window or page, which is significantly impacting usability and productivity.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the platform.
2. Navigate to any module or open any window.
3. Observe the loading time.

Expected Behavior:

The selected window or page should load within a few seconds.

Actual Behavior:

Each window/page takes around 40–50 seconds to load before becoming usable.

Request:

Kindly investigate the root cause of the performance issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

We are currently optimizing our database by copying and indexing records into Elasticsearch to improve the performance of name and phone number searches.
