one of my client are in a plan 200k messages per month , they reached around 199k , now they bought a add-on of 300k , now it is showing 199k used out of 300k ( so having 101k ) , but trying to create a campaign for 3k subscribers , it got rejected due to insufficient credits,
i reset the credits ( now having 300k ) , now it is sending fine
it doesn't consider the Addon credits ( while sending broadcasting ) that is the issue , kindly check and fix it
Yes, it's not working as an add-on. Kindly fix this.
Also, if a user already has 100,000 message credits and purchases an additional 200,000 credits, the total should be 300,000. However, after adding the add-on, it's updating to only 200,000. Please look into this.

user is already having 2 lakh credit consumed 1 lakh 90 thousand , if addon bought for 3 lakh credit means it should be 5 lakh , but it is showing 3 lakh ( consumed 190k ) , still 110k is pending right , that time cant able to create a broadcasting campaign for 15k , it is getting rejected

This is still not resolved, i have a plan for 200k per month credit , one user bought 300k addon , today morning 200k is done , but it is showing 500k ( balance 300k is there ), but can't send message or receive message , it took me to find this issue nearly 40 minutes, check it and fix it , before making a feature to live check it is working properly or not
note : the addon is added manually to the user
