An active user is any active Member account under your white-label store. Billing is based on the average daily active user count for the billing cycle. Expired users, free users, trial users, and team members do not count.
An active subscriber is any subscriber on your or your users’ bot channels. Billing is based on the average daily subscriber count for the billing cycle.
The first 1M subscribers are free; only subscribers above that free tier are billed.
This is the minimum user count you’ll be billed for. If your average active users is lower, this minimum applies.
Each cycle runs from your enrollment anniversary date, not by calendar month.
