This Affiliate Policy shares the terms and conditions for BotSailor affiliates. Joining and remaining in the program means you agree to this Policy plus every related terms of service, privacy rule, and marketing rule issued by BotSailor.
BotSailor is owned and operated by BotSailor Limited, registered in Bangladesh. References to we, our, or us are about BotSailor.
Eligibility requires being at least 18 years of age, operating a valid website, social channel, or marketing platform, avoiding illegal, misleading, or adult content, and maintaining an active BotSailor account.
Applications may be accepted or rejected at our sole discretion and we may decline without giving a reason.
Affiliates must follow all guidance below and act in ways that protect the BotSailor brand reputation.
Promote BotSailor truthfully and ethically, avoid false claims such as unlimited WhatsApp messages without restrictions, and disclose affiliate relationships as required by FTC guidelines, GDPR, and other regional regulations.
Do not use spam, unsolicited emails, fake traffic, bots, or misleading ads. Do not offer misleading discounts, present yourself as an official partner without approval, bid on branded paid keywords like BotSailor, Bot Sailor, or use domain names containing BotSailor trademarks.
Promote ethically across every channel and respect user privacy whenever you collect leads or share referral links.
Each affiliate receives unique referral links through the BotSailor affiliate dashboard. Tracking relies on cookies and internal systems, standard cookie duration is 90 days unless noted, and last click attribution determines commission. Tracking can fail if users disable cookies, browse incognito, or switch devices, and BotSailor is not liable for those losses.
Commissions apply to monthly SaaS subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, white label or reseller plans, AI token packs, and applicable add on purchases. No commission is paid for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self referrals, or purchases by your employees or family members.
Commission rates may change between 20 percent and 30 percent or custom ranges based on campaigns or performance. The affiliate program page always shows the latest approved rate, and BotSailor may update rates at any time.
The minimum payout threshold is 50 USD or equivalent, and payments occur once the threshold is reached. Supported payout methods are PayPal and bank transfer (if supported) for global affiliates, and mobile banking such as bKash for Bangladeshi affiliates.
Commissions remain on hold for 30 days to cover possible refunds or disputes. Amounts become withdrawable after the holding period ends.
Never create fake accounts to earn commissions, use coupon websites without approval, clone the BotSailor website, claim to be official staff, drop affiliate links inside BotSailor managed Facebook or community groups, run PPC ads on brand keywords without written permission, or use aggressive pop ups, malware, or misleading redirects. Violations can trigger immediate termination plus loss of pending commissions.
We may terminate an affiliate for policy violations, fraud, misuse of brand assets, negative marketing, defamation, or 180 days of inactivity. Termination can forfeit unpaid commissions, disable affiliate links, and requires reinstatement requests with justification that BotSailor may approve or deny.
Affiliates may use approved banners, logos, and promotional content supplied by BotSailor. Modifying brand assets without permission is prohibited and BotSailor retains every trademark and copyright.
BotSailor is not liable for loss of earnings due to technical issues such as cookie blocks or tracking failures, misuse of promotional content by affiliates, or personal and business losses tied to program participation. Affiliates participate at their own risk.
BotSailor may modify or update this Policy at any time. Notices appear inside the affiliate dashboard or via email, and continued participation means you accept the updates.
