#2652-IG Comment Automation Requires Post Re-Save

We are experiencing an issue with Instagram Comment Automation that has been occurring consistently.

The automation works initially but stops working after a few hours. To make it work again, the client has to:

1. Open the Instagram post under comment automation.
2. Click Edit.
3. Click Save without making any changes.

After saving the post, the comment automation starts working again. However, after a few hours, the same issue occurs and the client has to repeat the process.

Expected Behavior:

Comment automation should continue working without requiring the post to be edited and saved repeatedly.

Actual Behavior:

Comment automation stops working after some time and only resumes after the post is opened and re-saved (without any modifications).

Additional Information:

• This issue is occurring consistently on the client's account.
• The workaround (Edit → Save) temporarily resolves the problem, but it must be repeated multiple times each day.
• No changes are made to the post during the save process.

Could you please let us know whether this issue is occurring across all user accounts or only for a specific user? Also, does it happen on all posts or only on certain posts?
