Introduction
BotSailor is committed to transparency, fairness and responsible billing. This refund policy explains how we handle refund requests for subscriptions, AI token packs and reseller license purchases made on the platform.
About Pricing Plans
BotSailor offers multiple pricing models suitable for different business needs such as:
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly subscription plans
- Pay as you go AI token packs
- White label reseller licenses
- A free plan that allows users to test core features before purchasing
All paid plans include specific limits and access levels. The free plan is provided so users can evaluate the platform before making any purchase.
No General Refund Eligibility
Since BotSailor offers a fully functional free plan for testing, we do not provide standard refunds for any subscription, AI token purchase or reseller license purchase.
By upgrading to a paid plan, the user agrees that:
- All purchases are final
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind or unused services
- Accidental purchases are not eligible for refunds
- The policy applies to all subscription tiers, AI token packs and reseller fees
Exceptions in Sensitive Cases
Although refunds are generally not provided, there may be exceptional cases such as:
- Technical issues that prevent usage after verification
- Payment processing errors
- Duplicate billing
- Other critical situations reviewed by our billing team
Users may contact support for review of these cases. All decisions are made by our billing team at our sole discretion.

Submitting a support ticket does not guarantee approval of a refund, but we promise to review every valid case fairly.
AI Tokens and Reseller License Policy
- AI token packs are non refundable and do not expire
- Partially used token packs are also non refundable
- White label reseller licenses and onboarding fees are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstance
Auto Renewal and Cancellation
- All recurring plans renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle
- Users receive renewal notifications before the billing date
- Auto renewal cannot be disabled manually. Users must contact support at least three business days before renewal
Refund Processing if Approved
If a refund is approved in an exceptional case, it will be processed within fifteen business days through PayPro, our official payment partner.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban from using BotSailor
- Possible legal action under Bangladesh law
Users should always contact support before disputing a charge with their bank or card provider.
Governing Law
This refund policy and any disputes arising under it are governed by the laws of the People s Republic of Bangladesh.
- All legal actions must be brought exclusively in courts located in Bangladesh unless required otherwise by consumer regulations
- Users agree to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts
- If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the policy will remain effective
Updates to This Policy
BotSailor may update this refund policy to reflect changes in services, billing processes or legal requirements.
