#2667-Blocked Users Not Visible in Block Section

When we block any user, the user is successfully blocked. However, the Blocked Users section remains empty and does not display the blocked user.

Because of this, we are unable to manage blocked users or unblock them from the application.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Block any user.

2) Navigate to the Blocked Users section.

3) Observe that the blocked user is not listed.

Expected Result:

The blocked user should appear in the Blocked Users section, allowing us to view and unblock the user when required.

Actual Result:

The Blocked Users section is empty, even after blocking a user, and there is no option to unblock the user.
