
#2198-Incorrect credit spending (check colleagues)
Credits are being deducted for every message, even if the bot isn't used. I have a reseller plan. My clients' accounts are using credits even without any active bot responses. When I check, I see that this is happening on all accounts. For example, a new account that doesn't have a bot configured already has more than 500 credits consumed due to conversations made directly on the mobile device, The client hasn't yet used the bot account.

I have been facing the same issue on reseller.
This is an old issue - I understand this case is for co-existence of WABapp with WABAPI user. The messages sent using app are also included as API counts as it's in co-existence.

Dear User,
Please note that credit consumption is not limited to chatbot interactions. Every message sent from or received through BotSailor—regardless of whether a bot is actively configured—consumes credits.
This applies across all accounts, including reseller and end-user accounts without active bots, as credits are deducted for all message activity.
