Hi Team,

We are currently experiencing multiple performance and usability issues on the platform, and several users/resellers have reported the same concerns.

1. Old Sequences Not Working

Many previously working sequences are now failing or not executing as expected. These were stable before recent updates.

2. Platform Loading Very Slow

The platform has become significantly slow to load across different environments:

  • Tested on multiple internet connections
  • Tested on different systems
  • Reported from multiple geographic locations worldwide

The issue appears consistent, not isolated.

3. New Flow Builder Usability Issues

The newly redesigned Flow Builder feels:

  • Less user-friendly than the previous version
  • Slow to respond during edits and navigation
  • Occasionally laggy or unresponsive when building flows
  • Sometime flickering after clicking on edit flow button and not opening first element
4. Possible Correlation with Recent UI Updates

These issues seem to have started after the recent UI upgrades. It may indicate increased load on the system or performance regressions introduced during the update cycle.

We are not certain of the root cause, but the timing strongly suggests a connection.

5. Impact
  • Multiple resellers and users have reported similar slow performance
  • It is affecting productivity and workflow reliability
  • Trust in stability of automation flows is being impacted

Request:

Could the team please investigate urgently whether these issues are related to recent UI/architecture changes or backend load handling? Any updates or workaround suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback.


Regarding the sequence issue, there was a problem for a few days that affected campaigns created during that specific period. The issue has already been fixed. Campaigns created before and after that period are not affected and should work normally.


As for the platform performance and Flow Builder concerns, we have not been able to reproduce these issues yet, but since multiple users have reported similar experiences, we will investigate them thoroughly. If we identify any problems, they will be addressed as a priority.
