I would like to request clarification and feature support for the following points:
*Mobile view Notifications*
One of our precious client installed the Chat App on their mobile device, but they are not receiving notifications for new messages. Kindly check whether push notifications are supported and if there are any settings that need to be enabled.
Please let us know the current availability of these features and whether any of them are already on the roadmap.

Thank you for opening a thread on our forum.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are aware of the issues affecting the PWA app, and we already have plans to rebuild it to make it more stable and virtually bug-free. However, this is a significant project and will take some time to complete, so we are unable to provide a definite timeline at the moment.
In the meantime, we recommend using BotSailor through your mobile browser or on a desktop, as these platforms provide the most stable experience currently.
