#2217-Without control over which AI tokens (reseller)

Allow subaccounts (resellers) to choose which AI integration to use. I had clients (subaccounts) who were using Openai, and now they're spending my botsailor tokens without me being able to control them, or allow them to use whatever integration they prefer.

We are also facing the sake issue - it's been a challenge for us to maintain stuff.

If you prefer not to use your own API key or AI tokens from BotSailor, you can require your users to use their own API keys for AI replies.

My request and suggestion is that you can choose which one to use, both the reseller and the client sub-accounts, without losing the tokens, since when trying to switch to chatgpt, for example, I get a warning that I'm going to lose the tokens I have with botsailor. Additionally, I already had clients with sub-accounts who were using chatgpt, and without prior notice they automatically started using my botsailor tokens, with no way of putting chatgpt back on them, as they had before. Now I have to charge them separately for the botsailor tokens, and some want to keep the chatgpt API.

I completely understand your situation. However, at the moment, we don’t have that option available. Currently, only one can be used at a time, and switching back and forth is not supported.
