#2211-All subscribers API shows wrong Label

All subscribers API shows wrong Label in response.. i fetched 500+ subscribers and it shows same label multiple times

like subscriber A having label 1,2,3 in system then i fetch via All subscribers API it shows 1,1,2,2,3,3 like many times this issue occurs only if you have 50+ subscribers so check and fix.
