#2163-Catalog Support for Co-existence in Botsailer

Currently, when a user connects their catalog from Meta Commerce Manager, the catalog is not visible inside the Botsailer Dashboard when using the Co-existence setup (WhatsApp Business App + Cloud API on the same number).

This limitation prevents businesses from:

• Viewing and managing their Meta-connected catalog within Botsailer.
• Linking catalog products to payment gateway workflows for seamless checkout.

Request:

Please implement catalog synchronization for Co-existence numbers so that:

1. The Meta catalog connected to the WhatsApp Business number is fetched and displayed inside the Botsailer Dashboard.
2. Businesses can map products to our payment gateway and enable in-chat payments.
3. The flow remains consistent with single API setups, ensuring catalog + payments works without disruption.

Impact:

• Without catalog visibility, businesses cannot connect their catalog to payment gateways.
• This blocks the end-to-end shopping + WhatsApp Pay workflow for Co-existence users.

Priority: High – Needed to support businesses using Co-existence with Botsailer for commerce and payments.

Actually you have to implement this feature.. currently in BS coexistence not supporting catalog
