Hello team,

i see Input flow Session Expiry TimeĀ (in Minute) not working. i entered 1 minute but after 1 hours it's resuming last question as input means not getting reset automatically.

so please fix it.


and just curious to know how this working features getting stopped working without any update?

The human session timeout also wasn't working on Instagram or Facebook. The timeout isn't respected, and the human session expires immediately, activating it immediately after it pause.

We just checked that user input expiration is working fine for WhatsApp. Where you are facing the problem ?

We have reviewed the issue and confirmed that the input flow session expiry is functioning correctly on Instagram also, but we are experiencing problems with Facebook. We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. Thanks, Miraz

i am facing an issue on whatsapp after AI conversation if user interested it's trigger user input flow and i set 1 min expiry but after 3 min resume to input flow.

There is no issue with the User Input Flow reset on WhatsApp, whether it's after an AI conversation or a keyword-based bot. Please review your setup again, and if you still believe there's a problem with your account, we recommend opening a support ticket for further assistance.
