i have seen your video tutorial about creating Carousel Media Template
when we use 2 button URL and Quick Reply
the Quick reply button is not working at all
no response after click on it
i saw on your video tutorial also not working at all
this is very fatal since the function is not working at the very beginning
Hi,
If you use both Quick Reply and URL button in carousel template then please use the First button as Quick reply and second button as URL. Hopefully this will work.
Most probably it's an issue from whatsapp end.
