Hi Botsailor team, How to provide Card Element for Carousel Media Template? Is that any tutorial?
Hello, Thank you for opening a discussion thread. Card Element can be added when the Message template is being used on chatbot or for broadcasting. When you add a carousel media template in flow builder, it will ask to provide card information. You can add image/video texts there. We are preparing video and blogs to show how to use the Carousel Media Templates and will be released as soon as possible. Thank you
