#2437-COD confirmation sent for card payments

Hello,

When a customer places an order using a credit or debit card, an automatic message is sent to confirm the order as cash on delivery.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening and ensure that the message is only sent when the customer actually places a cash-on-delivery order?

Yes we can achieve .. please confirm on which platform you want to achieve like woocommerce, shopify or whatsapp catalog?

We use Shopify to manage orders and WhatsApp to send automated messages.
