#2510-renew yearly subscription

I'm an old user of your services from 2022 end when product was in its baby stage.
I have always renewed my plan on time last 3 times. This time I missed it. I went into paypro portal to renew it. But it shows my yearly subscription has been terminated and somehow I am not able to renew it via Paypro Global, it i showing terminated. It also shows a monthly subscription but i am not able to renew that also. I want to continue and renew with a yearly subscription at the same price. Can you create a fresh renewal link and share the link on email?
