Requesting a roadmap feature. The feature should let users submit ideas, report issues, and vote on requests. This helps your team see what matters to users and plan updates. It also helps users track progress and know the status of their requests.

Dear BS team any update on this feature request? It has been one month and there is still no acknowledgement.
There are several other ongoing issues reported by users that also have no response so far. If this roadmap feature is implemented it will align many things. It will help track progress on reported issues and requested features. It will also keep users informed about what is being reviewed, planned, or worked on.
Please share an update on the status and next steps.
Hello Bs team till yet there is acknowledgement on Roadmap Feature request as a services provider its the basic thing which should be available for transparency point of view till yet there is no timelines visibility or upcoming features updates due to this major missing feature
@PrimeX we're are running our portal like riding a vehicle without destination.. just go left right straight.. In past asked multiple time for roadmap so at least we get clear destination what team is planning and what we will get.. BS team is very known provider but not providing roadmap compare to small software vendors they are providing roadmap from day1.
Just team added option of changelog..
so again let's wait BS team read and answer as consider and will be implemented soon.. otherwise let's ride vehicle on the map.

@Mars exactly you right this is a serious concern about the feasibility and long term stability of the platform. Other users have already highlighted the same issue a basic roadmap is critical so bugs, fixes and feature timelines are clearly maintained and tracked, even after launch.
Right now new features are released that impact existing functionality. There is no visible tracking or ownership from the product side users then report broken or affected features and the same support team handles tickets forum replies and WhatsApp messages this shows a gap in product oversight.
There should be a dedicated process and accountability for issues raised daily by users. Many forum threads have been pending for months without any response or even acknowledgement. Important feature requests are ignored despite being essential to the product.
If this continues the concern should be escalated to senior management and the managing director so these issues are taken seriously. A public roadmap with clear statuses would solve many of these problems and rebuild trust with users.

There is still no acknowledgement or response on the Roadmap Feature Request thread. This has been raised multiple times by different users over the past months, yet there is complete silence from your end.
This is a basic product requirement. A public roadmap is not optional. It is essential for transparency, planning and trust. Right now, there is no visibility on upcoming features, bug fixes or ongoing work.
From a business point of view, this creates serious problems
- We cannot plan operations or client commitments
- We cannot anticipate changes or system limitations
- We face unexpected issues without any prior notice
- There is no clarity on what is being fixed or improved
On a daily basis, new issues appear on the platform. These are not communicated or announced by BS team. Users only discover problems when the system slows down, features stop working or operations get disrupted. After that responses are selective and limited to specific tickets instead of a transparent system wide update.
Forum threads remain unanswered for months. Important feature requests are ignored without acknowledgement. This shows a gap in product communication and accountability.
Please address this directly
- Is there any plan to introduce a public roadmap
- How will users be informed about bugs, fixes and releases going forward
This is not a feature request anymore. This is a core requirement for anyone running a business on your platform.
