1. Is it possible to have webhooks for Telegram too? Maybe sending notification from Telegram just like using Whatsapp? Is it possible?
2. Do Whatsapp will have ecommerce like the Telegram?

Thanks for your question.

1. Actually Telegram bot work in different way. With Telegram bot, it doesn't send message by Phone number, instead it use a telegram user id. So it's not possible to send message who isn't in telegram bot subscriber. So it's not possible to develop webhook workflow like WhatsApp.

2. We have plan to do it also but we may take some to release ecommerce inside WhatsApp.
