Integrity requirements not met.

I can not create a new WhatsApp flow, the above message keeps appearing when I hit save.. any idea how to solve it???

That because you WhatsApp account must be Verified. try to do it from WhatsApp flow in meta page you will see the reason.

WhatsApp Flows is not available yet on your WhatsApp cloud API. That's why you are getting this error. You can use flows when it's available on your WhatsApp cloud API.
