How does the Telegram Bot work with BotSailor?

I successfully added the Telegram Bot and sync.

However, the groups that the Telegram Bot managed cannot be detected. Is it because I already added the Telegram Bot to the group BEFORE I added the Telegram Bot in BotSailor?

Do I need to remove the bot from the group and add the bot again as administrator to make the BotSailor recognize the Group managed by the Telegram Bot?

Is there any way to make the BotSailor recognize the Group managed by the Telegram Bot without the need to remove the bot from the group?
