Previously, AI Agents allowed us to configure the Contextual Memory limit. After the latest update, it has been fixed to 10 memories, and the configuration option has been removed.
This is causing AI agents to lose earlier conversation context, resulting in repeated questions and conversation loops. We have already received complaints from 18–19 clients facing this issue.
Request: Kindly restore the configurable contextual memory option as it was previously available. This feature is critical for handling longer conversation flows effectively.
