If you are using a legitimate card they should accept the card. They may also send you an email after the payment and you must reply to the email.

Paypro said for some products of BS, paypal is not accepted and use wire transfer. For wire transfer the processing fee is around 15 USD.

There are no restrictions requiring any package to be paid exclusively via wire transfer. However, if a payment is charged back, PayPro may request that future payments be made through wire transfer.
