We are currently experiencing an issue after the recent update to the Chat Inbox interface a few minutes ago.
The message input box (where agents type and send messages) is no longer visible at all, making it impossible for our customer service team to reply to customers.
We have attached a photo demonstrating the issue.
Please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible, as our customer support operations are currently disrupted.
