License: White-Label PPU Lifetime
ISSUE:
A promotional message "Unlock Exclusive Features with Our Premium Plan -
Upgrade Now" appears INSIDE the Live Chat widget on my client's websites.
This breaks my White-Label branding and shows BotSailor's promotional
content to my customers.
CLIENT SETUP (verified):
- Active subscription package: J (30 days, expires 2026/06/25)
- Verify Email: Enabled
- All Live Chat permissions: Enabled (Widget, Advanced, Translator)
- Webchat Bot: Enabled
- WhatsApp Brand Name: Enabled
- Bot AI Agent + Assistant: Enabled
EXPECTED:
The Live Chat widget should be fully branded as O2Z (my brand),
with no BotSailor promotional content visible to my clients' customers.
PLEASE ADVISE:
1. Is there a setting I'm missing to fully white-label the widget?
2. Is this a known issue with a planned fix?
3. Can you remove this branding from my license?
This is urgent as it's appearing on multiple client websites.
