Hello Team,

This update looks incredibly promising—Chat Tabs will be a big win for teams handling multiple conversations daily.

As a reseller of the BS platform, I’d love to participate in the early access program.

However, I’m currently unable to comment on your Facebook post.

Could you please provide an alternative way for resellers like us to request access—perhaps directly through the forum or via a dedicated option?

It would really help us get involved early and share valuable feedback from a reseller perspective.

Looking forward to your support and excited to try this feature!

Thank you,

Dear User,

Please proceed by commenting on the Facebook post to gain early access to the new feature. At this time, this is the only available method to obtain early access.

Thank you for being with BotSailor.

Dear Kamrul Hasan,

Thank you for your response and for sharing the current process.

We understand that commenting on the Facebook post is currently the only available route. However, as a reseller, we need to maintain our brand identity, and publicly engaging on such posts is not always feasible from our side. Because of this, we’re unable to use that method.

Ideally, there should be an alternative option for resellers to request early access without impacting branding guidelines. This would also help you gather more diverse and valuable feedback from resellers and their clients.

For now, we’ll wait for the feature to be released publicly. That said, it puts us in a similar position—without reseller participation in early access, you may miss out on important feedback, and we miss the opportunity to contribute early insights.

Looking forward to the public release.

Best regards,

Maxs

Dear Kamrul Hasan,

Thanks for your response and for explaining the current process.

I understand that commenting on the Facebook post is the only option available right now. However, as a reseller, we need to maintain our brand positioning, and publicly engaging on such posts isn’t always practical for us. Because of that, we won’t be able to use this route.

Ideally, there should be a separate way for resellers to request early access without affecting their branding. It would also allow you to gather more meaningful feedback from both resellers and their client base.

For now, we’ll wait for the public release. That said, it does leave both sides at a bit of a disadvantage—resellers can’t participate in early access, and you may miss out on valuable early feedback from this segment.

Looking forward to the release.

Best regards,

Harsh
