Dear BS team I am facing a conflict between bot settings and need clarification on how to handle this.
Current setup:
- “No match” response is configured
- Working hours are defined
- Bot reply is disabled during working hours
- “Out of working hours” bot is enabled and triggering correctly
Issue:
- I created a campaign bot that should trigger based on exact match keywords
- However, due to system behavior, bots only trigger outside working hours
- This causes overlap between:
- Out of working hours bot
- Campaign keyword bot
- As a result, the campaign bot does not work as expected during working hours
Limitation observed:
- There is no option to separate:
- Out of working hours bot
- Campaign or keyword-based bots
- No way to allow keyword bots to run during working hours while restricting only the default bot
Questions:
- Is there a way to allow keyword-based bots to trigger during working hours?
- Can bot priority or conditions be configured to avoid overlap?
- Is there any workaround to separate out of working hours bot logic from campaign bots?
- Are there any upcoming updates planned to address this limitation?
Expected outcome:
- Campaign bots should trigger based on exact keywords regardless of working hours
- Out of working hours bot should only trigger out of working hours

When bots are stopped during business hours, none of the bots will function, including keyword-based bots and no-match bots. Currently, there is no workaround for this behavior.

However this limitation creates a practical issue in real use cases.
In the current setup:
- If bots are enabled, multiple bots overlap and conflict
- If bots are disabled during working hours, all automation stops, including keyword-based campaign bots
- This forces manual handling, which defeats the purpose of automation
There should be a separate control for the “Out of Working Hours” bot. This option should be configurable independently inside the working hours settings.
Expected behavior:
- Out of working hours bot should only trigger outside defined hours
- Keyword-based and campaign bots should continue working during business hours
- Bot priority or condition logic should prevent overlap
This separation is important for running campaigns efficiently without interrupting user experience or increasing manual workload.
Please consider this as a feature request or advise if there is any plan to support this in upcoming updates.

Hello. In the schedule settings you find the option to either turn off the AI agent and bot responses. If you want them to keep turning on keywords you must keep "disable bot" reply off.

Thank you for the help but i want to keep on "Out of working hours bot" which will work out of working hours and keep the other keywords bots during the working hours is it possible
