From last 3weeks we are asking for a update but no workaround from your end.
Requesting you to kindly provide ETA for these 3 ticktes...

We apologize for the delayed response. Due to the Eid vacation, our ticket replies were slower than usual. We are now back in the office, and I can confirm that all the tickets you mentioned have been responded to as of yesterday.
Regarding the issue, some users are currently experiencing errors with Comment Automation. However, this is not affecting all users, which suggests it may be related to specific Facebook account conditions or possible restrictions from Meta on certain accounts.
At this moment, we are still investigating the root cause. Once we identify the issue, we will work on implementing a fix as soon as possible.
