Provide Customers with Branded Educational Content to Boost Engagement

We propose adding a feature to enable our white label resellers to share a comprehensive tutorial video explaining the service directly with their customers.

This would include embedding a link to a professionally made video hosted on our official YouTube channel, customized with reseller branding.

The video will guide customers through onboarding, usage tips, and best practices, enhancing their experience and reducing support requests.

Dear User, You can find the On-Page Guide in Settings. If tutorials aren’t available yet, use Sync Tutorials to pull the latest content. After that, enable Video Tutorials and they will appear on your preferred pages via the Video Tutorials button. Thank you.

Hello Hasibul thank you for the details. I synced the tutorials and enabled Video Tutorials but when I click the action button, it still says “Video tutorial not found.” There is no video available. Can you please check if the video content is published for individual account or for everyone, or advise how to make the tutorials appear?

After testing this feature - we have found that the video tutorial information is seen across all main accounts but the Team Members accounts for end user are getting the error

We have to add our own content - BS team has done a great job in giving us options to enable and disable more than 80 places to put our own branded tutorial videos.

Settings>On Page User Guide> Sync Video Tutorials > Select the desired option and under Actions Click Edit

Thanks Rakesh for the details but its seems option is not available for everyone i tries multiple times even changed the browser but still getting same error "Video tutorial not found".

Seems you are proably logged in to BS url as I can see the Whatsapp chat icon below on the right hand corner.

Try logging in to your portal URL - It's working for me

You're supposed to be able to sync content to use BotSailor's, I imagine without watermarks... and that doesn't work
