There is a serious message visibility delay in the Shared Inbox. A team member replies to a customer chat the message is successfully delivered and the receiver gets it immediately.

However the same sent message does not appear on the sender’s screen in the Shared Inbox for a long time. It should instantly appear in the sender’s chat view and sync across other team members’ Shared Inbox in real time.

Please look into this. I raised this concern earlier and the issue was temporarily fixed. The same problem has appeared again since this morning.

Thank you Farhan for the prompt response we appreciate the team looking into this.

Please share the expected timeline for the fix also, going forward kindly inform users in advance about any deployments or updates. This helps us prepare for possible issues during new releases. Right now users only find out after problems start which disrupts operations and creates unnecessary confusion.

Clear communication before and during releases will help avoid repeated disruptions.

Thank you for the update, Kamrul Hasan. We appreciate the fix on the delayed response display issue.

However a new delay issue has appeared in the search field i tested this with only 6 subscribers, and it takes around 10 seconds to return results. On another account with around 5,000 subscribers the same issue exists and it takes even longer to find a subscriber.

This impacts daily operations as search is a core function in the Shared Inbox. Please check this on priority and confirm whether this is a known issue along with the expected timeline for a fix
