The notification sound effect is still not working...

Please can you implement OneSignal Web Push notification, I think this will help resolve the push notification issue and it will also make it better.

It’s Still Not Working, Also message not updating Automatically, Only After Click on Refresh Icon its Working , Shared Video on Support Number

Yes same issue reported by many users in last 3 days on desktop shared inbox not getting refreshed automatically

issue has not been fixed and is still ongoing. Additionally, open conversations revert to “Unread” status when the refresh button is pressed, despite being opened and replied to.

Exactly this issue was highlighted earlier as well along with the similar issue the replies chat is still showing unread to the other team members even its unread or responded

This is unacceptable and requires an immediate solution; it's been like this for days, for God.
