#2410-wtf - Only 200 Chats loading
Are you guys are serious on what your are doing.. Shared Inbox loads only total of 200 chats per Number.. I have 20 waba with atleast 500 chats per number a day.. How do you expect to reply.
Seriously who ever doing these kind of stupid decison, first learn what is business.

As discussed earlier, we have increased the limit and the change has now been implemented. You can now view subscribers from the last 7 days in the Shared Inbox, and it is no longer restricted by a specific number.

Bro, what kind of system is this? Why are you only showing 7 days of data? Are you guys seriously joking with us? I literally need at least 500 old inbox messages to show. Limiting it to 7 days and 100 numbers makes no sense at all. Is this even logical?

This is not correct. Showing only 7 days of chat doesn’t make sense; a minimum of 3 months of data should be shown, without showing old chat history, giving AI features and advanced live chat feautres doesn't make sense , its like a golden coffee cup without coffee
Kamrul Hasan the issue is blocking us to trust on Botsailor. 7 day limit does not match real workflow needs businesses handle ongoing conversations and need access to older chats for context, quality checks and customer recovery.
You need to clarify how users can access older data there should be date based filters, search options and a clear method to load older chat history when needed without this the Shared Inbox becomes unreliable for daily operations.
Your team is also giving conflicting statements please provide a clear reason for this limitation and confirm whether full chat history or an alternative way to load older chats will be restored.
I have customers who handle 200 chat a day, this is really unprofessional and it is not functional, so that the objective will be small customers?, which happens if we want to reach large potential customers... they will never hire us. This is not working.

I think this is an attempt to improve and optimize the shared inbox, instead of limiting the data, improve the complete chat.
It's not limited to number of subscribers in the Shared Inbox. By default, it loads subscriber data from the last 7 days. However, you can also select and load subscriber data for any 30-day period at once by choosing your preferred date range.

I don’t know why you’re making these kinds of unnecessary decisions and putting us through this hassle, but honestly, minimum 3 months of chat list and deleting data before 12 months is a completely nonsensical decision. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
By default, it will display last 7 days all subscribers list who has interacted. You can do date filter for older chat. Also has option various advanced filtering option with label, sequence etc.
Also for older chat you can search by name or phone number.
However we will increase the default limit to 30 days.

Super again messing with shared Inbox. Now by default the date filter is applied as 1 month and following UTC timing. I have a user in singapore , India for them date might had changed
eg, UTC 11/12 but for India its 12/12 becuase of this idotic logic now the current day message is not showing they need to modify the filter date.

Yes i also see ... team doing as they want... they have to keep in mind we're in the automation industry businesses 100% rely on whatsapp conversation and bots.
BS team humble request to add pagination and till date and in future my client says Old Live chat is really good we don't want to switch.
so please keep reference from old livechat and make stable and useful Shared Inbox.

exactly old chat is much better than a new shared inbox lots of features are missing and current features have bugs as well along with delay while replying on message its not reflecting instantly either keep refreshing the screen or switch chats than send message will reflect and bugs are also there which was raised by other users as well
