Recently I noticed that many of my older conversations have disappeared from the inbox. After contacting support, I was informed that this was an intentional decision by the authority to delete old data.
With due respect, this decision is highly concerning and logically unjustified.
Data is the backbone of any communication platform, and removing historical messages directly harms our ability to understand customer intent, maintain continuity, and provide quality service. Without prior conversation history, it becomes impossible to track issues, verify previous commitments, or maintain a proper CRM workflow.
This approach feels unprofessional and significantly disrupts business operations.
I strongly urge the authority to reconsider and immediately withdraw this decision.
Restoring access to old data—or at least providing a clear alternative solution—is essential for maintaining reliability and trust in the platform.
