Hello Kamrul Hasan thanks for the update let me test it at our end i will update the status.


What about the below concern status?


If multiple team members are live and one of them opens an respond to the chat, it still shows as unread for other team members and given response will also not shows to them until they will refresh the chat window. This is happening because of the real time sync delay in the system.

There is still a noticeable delay in sent messages appearing in real time messages do not update consistently which causes issues for other team members. They have to keep refreshing the browser to see the latest chat responses sent by others.


Please take this seriously this is a critical issue and it is affecting the brand’s credibility

I understand, however, do the test by receiving and sending many messages among many contacts. If you test with 1 or 2 contacts there is no problem.

Exactly i have tested if you have only few of the contacts than its working fine but many contacts or chats than issue appear when respond to the chat its take time to appear and along with this the responded chat not getting appear to the other team members and they respond to the customer also which is making issue even the chat opened or responded not getting unread to the other team members
