Dear BS Team,
There is still no acknowledgement or response on the Roadmap Feature Request thread. This has been raised multiple times by different users over the past months, yet there is complete silence from your end.
This is a basic product requirement. A public roadmap is not optional. It is essential for transparency, planning and trust. Right now, there is no visibility on upcoming features, bug fixes or ongoing work.
From a business point of view, this creates serious problems
- We cannot plan operations or client commitments
- We cannot anticipate changes or system limitations
- We face unexpected issues without any prior notice
- There is no clarity on what is being fixed or improved
On a daily basis, new issues appear on the platform. These are not communicated or announced by BS team. Users only discover problems when the system slows down, features stop working or operations get disrupted. After that responses are selective and limited to specific tickets instead of a transparent system wide update.
Forum threads remain unanswered for months. Important feature requests are ignored without acknowledgement. This shows a gap in product communication and accountability.
Please address this directly
- Is there any plan to introduce a public roadmap
- How will users be informed about bugs, fixes and releases going forward
This is not a feature request anymore. This is a core requirement for anyone running a business on your platform.
