my bot sailor inbox and bot flows have literally stopped working

WhatsApp registered number 7355945155. Registered email - [email protected].

Hi is the trigger word both exact match and string match. but message is not being received by bot sailor and customer is showing outside 24h flow. No new message is recevied after 15 october in live chat inbox while webhook flows are working fine. Please resolve.

This is the number from which i am sending hi, yo etc but its not showing on bot sailor

no new message received in inbox since 15 october.

Please resolve this urgently as money paid to you is getting wasted if i am not able to use the core features.
