#2339-SERIOUS ISSUE: AI didnt reply customer

Our client complaining the AI Chatbot wont reply the customer!!

they're losing customer since the AI wont reply their customer even enough message and AI Token, correct triggered keyword!The bot cant play with the audio

I'm asking the support team to check it but im still waiting their update since yesterday, too slow in respond.

This is very serious issue, is anyone facing the same issue??
