#2339-SERIOUS ISSUE: AI didnt reply customer

Our client complaining the AI Chatbot wont reply the customer!!

I'm asking the support team to check it but im still waiting their update since yesterday, too slow in respond.

This is very serious issue, is anyone facing the same issue??

 No, it's not about the account validity issue. I have checked with the customer service, they said your system has some bug error so it causing this problem.

me too, i using another auto reply whatsapp. same , no reply answer, i think with real whatsapp error. my number change to another number.
