#2323-Chatbot Not Working - URGENT FIX IT

Our clients rely on us to run their businesses and make high-value sales through BotSailor. When the system fails, these operations are directly impacted, leading to chargebacks, frozen funds, and even the closure of their bank accounts. This causes major financial losses for our clients and severely damages our brand’s credibility.

We are in a critical position because we depend entirely on your system, yet ongoing instability is putting our business at serious risk. We kindly but urgently ask you to prioritize structural improvements, whether by scaling the infrastructure, redesigning the architecture, implementing a design system, or adopting any other measure that ensures high availability and reliability.

If no significant improvements are made soon, we will unfortunately be forced to migrate to our own platform, which we would prefer to avoid. We want to continue this partnership, but we need a real commitment to service stability and quality.

I am unable to find on my reseller account ... cleared browser cache can you share ss and check once it's there or not.

But on client ac shows

The Exact Match doesn't work still - the bot triggers even if the trigger word is in a sentence. Please have a look

Would you please elaborate more to understand it better ?

I created a Test Bot with Trigger word "People" and settings Exact Match.

When the end user sends a sentence "How many people allowed?" the bot triggers.

Ideally as I understand this should trigger if the setting is on "String Match" and not "Exact Match"

Dear User,

This is exactly how Exact Match works. Your keyword "People" is matched only when the subscriber’s message contains the exact same word.

On the other hand, String Match works differently. For example, if your keyword is "bot" and the subscriber writes "chatbot", it will still trigger because "bot" appears as part of the word "chatbot".
