The promotional email your client received was sent to a registered user in our main system (BotSailor). All users who sign up directly to BotSailor automatically receive our regular promotional updates — this is part of our standard communication policy.
It’s important to note that users often register on multiple platforms using different email addresses, or may have previously signed up on BotSailor before registering through your white-label site. In such cases, they will continue to receive promotional messages from our main system as per their original subscription.
Therefore, your claim that we sent emails to your private user database is incorrect. The user was not added through your system but had an existing registration in BotSailor. We never access to our white-label user data, and all communications are sent only to users registered directly with BotSailor.
We kindly request that you refrain from posting false or misleading statements publicly, as such claims can create unnecessary confusion. If you have any doubts, we are happy to investigate specific email addresses to verify the registration source.
