I noticed that the carousel template is not supported on Instagram when using BotSailor. Could you please confirm if Instagram currently does not allow carousel messages, and if there are any alternatives available within your platform?

Carousel template in BotSailor is working fine. Just go to Instagram Bot Manager => Bot Reply => create new bot => there you will find carousel template component.
