#2120-Interactive and List Buttons Not Working

Dear Team,

This is to report a critical issue affecting all users: interactive and list buttons are non-functional in the Coexistance environment.

We request you to investigate and clear this issue as soon as possible.

What is the exact error you have showing ? You can find the error message in error log in Bot Manager.

No error in bot error log i have shared 131055 Error something went wrong in coexistence on bot interactive reply

on other platform working means this is our server issue

I have checked by various way and found that the error message is coming from WhatsApp end after successfully API call for send message. It's WhatsApp who isn't sending the message for their internal reason. We didn't found any issue in our end as it's working fine for other numbers except business app. So I guess, it's something issue from Business app that isn't documented in documentation of Meta also. We are analyzing and searching more for root cause.

Hey am extremely sorry client told me his number is on coexistence but you told this is META issue.

So i onboarded one biz number with coexistence on other platform and checked seriously it's not working.

You are genius thanks for confirmation.. please report to META and help us to get resolved.

Buttons and lists work on API numbers.

Doesn't work on co-existing numbers.

The issue is from WhatsApp's end. We hope Meta will fix the issue soon.
