
#2091-Random image are sent with team members
We’re facing a critical issue where images/audio from one agent’s are being sent to another team member’s customer chats. This is happening randomly and repeatedly, and our users are raising daily complaints about it. This is not an isolated incident — it's affecting multiple agents across different teams, and it's causing confusion both internally and for customers. Please investigate this on priority, as it’s impacting our communication reliability.
If this had occurred once with a single agent, we could have assumed it was a user error. But in our case, this issue has now affected nearly 10 different agents, all reporting the same problem. It’s unlikely that so many unrelated agents are making the same mistake. Clearly, there's a pattern.
Hello , Though we couldn't reproduce the issue you are talking about. However we are investigating it with priority. Is this happen only for attachment ? And do you mean that images are being sent to different subscribers ?
We have gone through a lot of testing and checking, but I can't see any such behavior. If you can provide me any screenshot or any video or what condition it has happened, then it would be better for us to investigate more in specific area.
Al though we couldn't reproduce this issue in our end after a massive testing, however we have given an update by providing some strict rules in sending and getting message. Hope it may not happen again. And also we will keep checking more.
