#2054-AI Token Confusing User
another complain from my client
1. in my previous settings, i have make user to use their own openai key
but now, after i buy API token from your services i closed the usage of client own api key
the problem is
- my client can not access or edit their AI reply, event the function is working
so to make user can edit their AI chatbot, i have add the AI feature on their package for free like 10000 free AI token https://prnt.sc/W7ObUy2yik2uMy Question :
is this limit also intacting their usage in case event their using their own API key?
so they are limited to use token from admin
example : the response is still using free 1000 token from admin, then after consumed all the AI will not working event they have or put their own OpenAI API key
or
they consume AI token from admin, example 1000 token and after all token consumed, then continue using their own API key

3 Your AI token is consumed very fast, some one on Facebook Group also has report this, including me also have ticket suppport asking this
but still no response
please explain to us about the AI token usage guide so we can share this to our client
here also some other member are complaining about Token usage is to much for consumed
here also many member have reporting this un-normaly AI Token consumption
