#1965-Downloading Media Failed (HTTP 500)

Hello BotSailor Team,

I’m running into an issue when trying to download media in bot flow.

I’ve verified that the link is correct and publicly accessible, but the server consistently returns a 500. Could you help me troubleshoot this? Is it a known issue on your end, or is there a specific configuration I’m missing?

I have three bots with OGG audio files of the same length, and only this one is failing. I re-uploaded the file and it works now, but it suddenly stopped working. I'll check to make sure it doesn't happen again.

because 2-3 months ago they updated code to store media id permanently otherwise media id getting expired and shows this error.

so they announced re-upload all your bot media then will work.

And this has to be done manually every so often? It doesn't make sense.

Yes you have to do manually for all clients and all bots you developed till last 2 months,
