Hi team,
I've noticed an issue with message synchronization on the platform. Currently, only messages received on WhatsApp Business are showing up on the platform. However, any messages sent directly from the WhatsApp Business app on my phone do not appear on the platform—unless I send them while logged into the platform itself.
Is this a bug or an expected limitation? Ideally, all sent and received messages should sync regardless of where they were sent from.
