
#1875-Sent WhatsApp Messages Not Syncing with Platform
Hi team,
I've noticed an issue with message synchronization on the platform. Currently, only messages received on WhatsApp Business are showing up on the platform. However, any messages sent directly from the WhatsApp Business app on my phone do not appear on the platform—unless I send them while logged into the platform itself.
Is this a bug or an expected limitation? Ideally, all sent and received messages should sync regardless of where they were sent from.

It should synch from both platform. Are you reseller user or our premium user. I mean are you using your own Facebook App. If it is then make sure you have enabled webhook smb_message_echos field.
If you are using our app, then please open a support ticket in our support desk, so we could check issue.
