We’ve received clear feedback from users that they do not want the Shared Inbox as the default chat interface.

While the current Live Chat has some limitations, it remains more intuitive and effective for most users.

We have no objection to keeping Shared Inbox as an optional alternative, but it should never replace the default interface or be enforced by default.

I agree. It can be an optional shared chat. But sometimes you also need to use the individual chat for each platform in different situations. Perhaps this creates more work for botsailor, but they should strive to maintain consistency between the two so that updates from one influence the other and keep both updated without issues.
